Summer is officially here – and I’m officially not ready for my bikini – which means, I’m sporting this retro one-piece until I can effectively get my tush into shape.

That’s where my girl, Kaci Coble, comes in: she’s got a blog with so much information on food, lifestyle, choices, attitudes, cooking tips, grocery shopping ideas – you name it.  So…I’m gonna waddle my little fat heinie over to: http://www.kacicoble.com/ for some “Big, Fat Secrets”.

    Just found your site. Great to catch up on what’s happening with my old friend. Maybe one day we can get back in touch. I enjoy the videos too. I’m impressed with your abilities and determination to learn the guitar. I knew you could do anything you set your mind to.

    I can’t say, for certain. (But, I’ve got a feelin’…)

    I just took a look at "Falling Slowly" – Beautiful. I wish I’d brought my guitar with me on this trip – I’d try it out, today. I’ll have to bust out my step-dad’s guitar – when I get to OK in a couple of days – and try it out.

    I prefer to stay "in touch" with people – and there’s a couple people out there who’ve fallen off the map, for me.

    Did you guys have a baby!?

    If so, congratulations are in order!

    I miss you very much – and I ran across your blog the other day. The approach you put together for your wife – to combat anxiety…I should've put that into practice years ago. I have my own struggles with depression and anxiety. Sometimes, I fear they've already overtaken me.

    Catch me up on what's new, if you can. I sure would love to celebrate these milestones with you!

    I'll be there for Thanksgiving – and I'm going to the Thunder game the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving!

    I'll be there from the Friday before to the Friday after.

    Would love to see your family at some point – but, I'll only be in OKC for a couple of days….and I know that's a busy time.

    Maybe you've got some pictures of your sweet kids? I'd love to see them!
